TRD

I have ordered/ dealt with TRD for quite awhile now. I have never had a problem up until a couple of weeks ago when the second box of four i opened the thermal rolls were shiny and thin and wouldn't work on our thermal printers. Our invoices looked very cheap and nasty.Nicole was hard to get hold of and initially didn't return my call, a week passed and things got to the point of not being able to invoice out. I tried again and left lots of messages throughout the morning and Nicole did return my call.She sorted the situation out very fast, 4 replacement boxes of high quality paper were sent on a two hour courier .I had never thought about the perils of dealing with an internet" based company rather than a face to face. Anyway it was sorted and i accept it could have been a one off glitch as in the last couple of years i have dealt with them it has all gone smoothly."

Faulty products,we have ordered a box of printer roll and they damaged our printers.Tried to call but it seems phone number is wrong.

This is a scam website,we have bought online and yet no product.A lady by the name of Nicole responded to our call,very rude and out of control.We have lodged our case with Auckland dispute tribunal.
