Absolutely beautiful flowers! Just recieved a lovely bouquet from my parents for our anniversary. Now I know my go to florist!

My daughter arranged through Jenny B to send flowers to my Christchurch address.They arrived on time, were beautiful and that was for Mothers Day 2017. Today I finally threw away the dead flowers. When I send flowers in Christchurch I phone in advance to check what is in season and from that make a selection with the florist that will have significance to the receiver. On both occasion the flowers we have agreed on over the phone do not arrive. Instead the standard yellow freesias with greenery. I have emailed and asked why this happens but I haven’t had a response. While the flowers that arrive are beautiful and great quality they do not reflect the conversation I have had with the florist. The purpose of sending flowers is more than a gesture, they evoke memories; which is why the choice in flower has significance. I won’t be using Jenny Burtt again.

Absolutely lovely little store with a beautiful collection of gifts and wonderful staff. They even made sure to help me with a personal request to make sure I got my flowers at the right time.

We ordered two arrangements for plinths which were such a great size and looked gorgeous up front of the large old church and also at our reception hall. Our bridal table centrepiece was also by Jenny Burtt Florist. We love looking back at our photos and seeing how gorgeous they were!
