I am very disappointed in this shop and would not recommend buying anything from them..I would never support them again. I bought a pair of shoes from them they did not had the size that I wanted so I took a half size bigger so that I could take it home and try it on with different socks and thicker inners. It did not work so 3 days later I went back and now they only want to give me a store credit. It would have been OK but they have nothing in my size and won't have anything I want until next year. What a joke!

John was awesome, thorough, knowledgeable and to the point. Great service overall. Walked away with 2 pairs in the end with some extra bits and pieces he threw in too. Will definitely be back that's for sure!

My wife visited 30/9/22 looking for some walking shoes. After watching how she walked, staff member gave her a few pairs of shoes to try. He was fairly happy with one of the pairs but suggested another shoe would offer better support. Unfortunately, they did not stock this shoe. He could have easily sold her the one in stock. We did however take his advice and found the shoe he recommended at another shop, it was a huge improvement on anything she has had in the past and a perfect fit for her walking style. We really appreciated the honest service.
