Twin Waters Lodge
Just a heads up.... Be sure to get in writing any discount. We had a query on Booking.com and got hold of twinwaters to sort dates for our booking and were told not to book with Booking.com and you will save 10% on our 3 night stay , at checkout time and settling the bill we where charged the full tariff apparently couldn't remember giving discount at time of booking

Mike und Trish sind sehr hilfsbereit. Lage etwas abseits aber mitten in der Natur. Auto von Vorteil. Super Frühstück. Endloser Strand 50m entfernt. Ein Ort zum mit der Seele baumeln!

Twin Waters Lodge
Stayed for two nights prior to walking the Heaphy Track. Stayed in the 'Shanghai' room. Very spacious with a peaceful outlook, and a huge modern bathroom. Host was very welcoming and helpful. We made ourselves breakfast in the morning with the free range eggs provided (and other offerings). As an aside, for dinner we'd recommend the The Old School Cafe a short drive away.

Twin Waters Lodge
We had a most enjoyable stay in this picturesque and private place. Having stayed in the Shanghai room with beautiful Chinese/Japanese art, felt like a visit to our beloved Japan. Trish and Mike made us feel at home and provided valuable information about the area. We highly recommend this place to couples who want to relax amid interior and exterior beauty and peace. Excellent location to explore Golden Bay.
