Waikanae Yoga Wellbeing
I have be going to yoga and bowen therapy. The yoga has helped me with learning to relax breath and work with body strength. It has been amazing plus going to bowen therapy has helped with sore arms back neck plus my migraines have been all sorted out which is great. More time with my family and friends plus working as a hairdresser and not having a sore body has helped me heaps and not needing to take any medication is great. I truly recommend this it will change your life

Anja’s yoga classes are absolutely fabulous. My body, mind and soul always feels relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed by the end of the session. Anja’s energy and kind nature makes everyone feel very welcomed, no matter what level you’re at :)

I have benefitted enormously from the Bowen Therapy I have received from Anja at Time Out Project over the last year.I suffer periodically from muscular / vascular soreness in the neck, shoulders and arms, yet usually find that after 1 session with Anja and a good night's sleep I feel at least 3 times better than before I arrived!On the subject of sleep - nothing knocks me out more than one of Anja's Bowen sessions. It's not unknown for me to enjoy a 15-hour restful overnight sleep after a relaxing treatment!Highly recommend!

I felt run down with aches and pain and very stiff in my movement. The yoga retreat helped me to walk better, lighter. My knee pain is gone.I am a coffee addicted person but I have no desire to have coffee. I feel calm and relaxed. I can recommend the retreat and I am looking forward to the next one.

I am a complete newbie to yoga and have never been to a yoga retreat before. But I sucked up the courage to attend Anja's 3 day yoga recharge, and I am so glad i did. The weekend was filled with the right amount of yoga, art therapy, Bowen therapy and the most amazing plant based food. If you ever get the chance to attend one of Anja's yoga retreats, don't hesitate. I think it was perfect for experienced yogi's and complete beginners like myself. Anja teaches in a gentle supportive way, always making sure that everyone in the class is practicing at the right level for themselves.
