Staff were professional and friendly. They checked with me before proceeding with certain parts and gave me prices first. Will definitely be back. Not to mention the time frame given I had my car back before the time they stated. I went in on a Saturday morning and loved how accommodating they were for me.

Our drive belt broke on Easter weekend. They picked up the phone on Sunday when they were closed and got us in Monday morning. So grateful!! Thank you!

I started my enquiry via email & Angela was super quick to respond as well as providing full details into what I was wanting. After not replying to her for a few days the following week she called to touch base which was great because then we were able to book my car in for a full service and was accommodating to my needs, preference and date/times I was available. Brought my car in Saturday just gone, meet Angela and she was super professional and informative. Overall great communication, professionalism and service.

Their attention to detail is remarkable, the service and product knowledge of the vehicles that they service is excellent. The pricing is also affordable, because of their professionalism i already promote them to others, especially friends that have Mazda's.

Staff are friendly, very good at explaining what work has been carried out & happy to answer questions, offer advice. I always feel like I am being listened to when explaining any issues my car has & staff make sure they are understanding what I am trying to describe. I never have to worry that I'm going to be told some work needs to be carried out when it actually doesn't... I have had that experience elsewhere in the past. Also very impressed that staff acknowledge their customers may have budget constraints & work with customers to come up with the best plan of attack to accommodate that.
