Whenever I leave Victoria's Flowers, whether the bouquet be for myself, as a treat for a friend , or to mark a social occasion, the flowers say it all. Victoria puts time and effort into making the bouquet special and relevant for each lucky recipient. Whanganui is fortunate indeed to have such a talented florist. I cannot recommend Victoria and her services highly enough.
