Had trouble with getting photos.faulty cable to start that was supplied. When asked about glossy photos i was told that they could do it which is what I ordered. when I received the photos they were mat. When we approached staff we got a run around instead of apology for there mistakes and saying they would be ready at 5 we were still waiting 6 30.

Very impressed with their on line shopping service. Goods are posted same day and arrive within a couple of days. Just be aware though, that even if returning an item to the same store for genuine reasons and within the specified time, your refund has to go through head office and will take several days. This in spite of the fact that the item pops up in your visa account no more than 5 minutes after pressing the “buy” button. I can see no reason why, if the purchaser presents their Visa card when returning the item to the same shop, the same ‘instant’ principle doesn’t apply.

They used to be an expensive option. Over the last few years they have become my go to for all technology.Customer service is always good and the staff often carry my purchases to the car

Went in on a very fast misson. Lucy served us she was given 3 things to find from all over the store, she did this very fast and efficiently. Will differently be back. 15 mins in and out and all products were perfect

Best service I've ever had. Even dropped something off as they live nearby. Even though our son neglected to tell us they had dropped off as he had gone out.. So we were frantically looking for something we didn't know was sitting in our house. Thanks to Darren and the team. Can't thank them enough
