i recently visited a 92 year old friend of mine , at this age routine is important & care givers should be respectful , i am shocked at how rapidly my friend has gone down hill in 6 months & is constantly stressed with the treatment she receives & the amount of different caregivers turn up (sometimes even on time) .the service she deserves & the service she gets is worlds apart , it's disgusting , complain & it gets even worsewhere to from here

Moira was always polite, respectful and reliable and no one else would do, if someone different would come, he wouldn't have a bar of it, he wanted Moira.
