Highly recommended.

I have some ethical concerns over how Claire has done her billing. When the retainer was used up, I was not informed and I had not been sent an invoice for the work. Additional charges were billed without any accounting for her time used only a description of her work" (Apparently this is okay by the law society so beware of this practice from such highly charging hourly lawyers). The money for her bill was taken out of a trust account held by her associate lawyer for a completely separate transaction (not held as a retainer for her services) without my permission. She should not have had access to this account

Claire was a great help. Quick to answer, affordable and knowledgeable.
