Quality of all the meat is first rate and we think Moreish makes the best sausages in the North Island. Excellent service too - orders very well packaged in ice packs and recyclable bags - and delivered promptly. Their service during lockdown was hugely appreciated. Butchers are known for their cheery dispositions and this team is no exception!

The burgers and sausages were a big hit over the Labour day weekend. Thanks to Braden and Nicola (and others with whom most certainly helped out) for assisting in us picking our orders up after 2pm (they even gave us extra ice!), as we were caught in crazy Wellington traffic going north!

Anytime we buy meat for a special occasion or just for home meals, always go here. Love that all their meat is free range, and the service and quality is beyond compare. Delivered promptly and tastes delicious. Faves are scotch fillets and pork belly. 100% recommend.

Pre ordered a 4kg Champagne ham for Christmas. It arrived safe and sound and was the size ordered.However this is a pretty poor excuse for a Christmas ham and at $219 (inc of delivery) I’m gutted.The problem is that it isn’t as described and has I known before ordering I wouldn’t have bothered.It has had the hock removed along with much of the outside fat. It is basically a half ham inconsiderately cut.I have tried to find a new one to replace it but have had no luck so far. This will look miserable on the table and does not represent $219! Should have bought my usual Freedom Farms ham.I have emailed the company. No reply so far.

Far from gourmet - over priced and under quality.Recent online order.Both sets of sausages very low quality. Extrenely bready texture like a cheap sausage roll. The beef and bacon sausages made poorly, All but 2 had hole on side, and looks like they had been tied together to hide the mistake on the inside of the bunches.The gourmet sausages had a very off putting aftertaste and seeing the sheer number of ingredients will deter me from purchasing again.
