Elfi had been going to Village Groomers for well over 18 months now and we have never had a problem, issue or reason to complain. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and professional. Elfi will continue to attend Village Groomers to have her 6 weekly wash and blow wave and to look beautiful as ever.

My little dog needed his nails clipped for the first time and we visited Village Grooming to take care of this. They were great with him and it was a very quick and calm experience. We will definitely return.

Village Grooming are wonderful. They were so understanding about the sensitive issues with my dog's luxating patellas and his hatred of having his nails clipped. Maxi was so happy after his hair cut. So much more comfortable in the Hawkes Bay sunshine. Will definitely be back. :)

This is an excellent place to have your dog groomed. They listen to your requests, try to met any changes and are very timely with appointment start and finish times.
