The Tile People

I bought some large format tiles ahead of my renovation, paid for them and had them sitting in their warehouse ready for delivery. Upon delivery, every tile was broken. Unfortunately they could not offer me replacement tiles so I had to urgently find some from another tile supplier. I asked to have my delivery fee refunded and they said that because they had delivered the broken tiles and collected them they could not offer me a refund. They soon stopped replying to my request for my money back. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you want a headache and to give your money away.
