Very nice play-area. The mountains surround you from all directions. Me and my family had a wonderful time indeed. I had luck having photos of a nice bird.

Basics are there. With all the increase of new builds around Wainuiomata, higher rates increase, HCC need to send more on their playgrounds and sports areas.

Good park, use to go here as a kid, now I just go here to play Pokémon go.

The park itself is okay. But I really miss the tiny slide that they had near the 5 swings. That slide was so small but it was so fun to just slide down it. It's a great place for the little ones to just run around and have fun. It's also a great place for people to just hang out and have picnics. I had a picnic there two years ago because it was my friends last year at our school so we ate Pizza, Sushi, and had some Pepsi and chips from the stores near the park. Overall, 8.5/10

There's two separate playgrounds and a small skate park. Take the scooters, but be warned, the kids will run from area to area exploring and playing.
