Mission to try and find the place at night, poor signage and no information on the website saying it was a tiny kitchen in a big building at rear of drive. Patties ordered were burnt. Fish and broccoli burnt and dry. Would be better off ordering from the local takeaways. Feel ripped off knowing we would have got better quality elsewhere. Won't be back

The food has the same quality of the other branches, but the location is too hard to find, and there is no option for dining in. Would be food to have that info on the website in a more prominent way.

Nice tasting burgers. Initially got the order wrong, but the guy in the kitchen was really good about it. Great service, and ultimately really tasty food.

$80 of food orderd. Burger ok but crazy over priced for what you get. Brocolli was boiled, meaning it was ridiculously watery. Chargrilling the brocolli afterwards to add color won't get rid of all that moisture. $18 for popcorn chicken (all of 10 pieces) of avg chicken.Massively over priced for quality of food. Stick to your local fish and chip store.

Very average burgers. Buns were not the best, they tasted kind of stale and the patty was tough. I've had good burgers from the Ponsonby restaurant but this was definitely a let down especially cause I was expecting a good burger for the price.

Ordered two beef burgers. The bun was dry and tuff, patties were badly burnt, dry and salty.I would not recommend this brach burger to anyone!

ordered for pickup; a fish burger and a double beef and cheese burger cooked to well done, the fish burger was very fishy smelling, either overcooked or not fresh fish and drowning in sauce, and the beef burger patties and buns were badly burnt, inedible and also smelled/tasted fishy, the curly fries, kumara fries and shakes were all good. will not be returning as this is not an actual burger burger but a cloud kitchen that they are operating out of to test the west auckland waters.i have eaten at Newmarket plenty and will happily go back there any day, but would not recommend this branch to my westie whanau.
