Reception rarely answers the phone. The Dr is condescending and uncaring. They never get back to you about results, even when you finally get thru on the phone, they say they'll call back, but never do. It's frightening that Dr's can practice this way. It's nothing due to covid either...they've been this way for years. Update: Failed to tell me I have lung disease. Failed to tell me that 1 year ago I should have made lifestyle changes due to high cholesterol result. Lifestyle changes that could have saved me from lung disease. I'll see to it that this Doctor can no longer practice!

This is the worst medical centre I have ever visited. Specially if you have a newborn. We hada bad experience with them.

The receptionist is the most disrespectful person, hung up on me & when I spoke to Dr. Mekala had spoke to me, in which she didn’t feel like that was an issue. Receptionist is disgusting and I do not feel comfortable having someone work in the health industry with this type of behaviour.
