The Rock Factory are friendly, reliable, and provide a stellar service. We used Michelle and the team for a conference we ran for 150 teachers in Auckland. Not only did they provide us competitive pricing, but their service and equipment were exceptional. The team arrived on time, set up in an efficient manner, and made sure our speaker was confident using the equipment. Michelle even returned for day two of our conference to make sure everything was running smoothly. Would most definitely use the Rock Factory again.

The team from The Rock Factory that set up staging, draping and then ran the A/V for our corporate event were fantastic! We were impressed with the staging, drapes and the way the team worked to ensure the event ran smoothly in terms of sound etc. We look forward to working with them again.

A huge thanks to The Rock Factory for being a part of The River Sounds Festival! The event could not have gone any better and the sounds guys were a dream to deal with, they were on top of everything and made my job so easy on the day. The sound system was fantastic, the changeovers were quick and easy and all the bands raved about how professional the sound team were!

I WAS STEPPING OUT ON STAGE AFTER A 50 YEAR HIATUS. With only an acoustic guitar, sometimes complemented by violin, to accompany my ageing voice, having great sound was crucial.That is exactly what Michelle of The Rock Factory provided. She was warm, friendly, professional and endlessly enthusiastic. Ensuring we were comfortable on stage and the audience heard the best of us. Who could ask for anything more? I commend them to you. The Rock Factory have been providing the sound and stage for the Devonstock Music Festival since 2007 and they have provided the sound system for other events of ours during this time too. Michelle, Mark and their team are awesome to work with. They are very professional and know their stuff! They did the sound again for Devonstock held on 13th December 2015 and we had heaps of feedback about how great the sound was - all credit to The Rock Factory, we highly recommend them!

Michelle and the team at The Rock Factory were absolutely amazing at our recent event. I contacted them at the last minute and they were happy and willing to help us out. Michelle was incredible on the night, working hard to ensure all our performers were happy, and sounding their best. We felt privileged to work with such a professional organisation, who by the end of the night, felt like part of our StarJam family. We hope to work with The Rock Factory again soon.
