My child had tooth removal and other treatment today. As i know this is the only one who can provide sedation service clinic under public funding in northshore. the detisit is very experienced, he provide very well service to us and very patient with my child, always encourage him during the treatment.

I cannot recommended this dental practice highly enough. We travelled from Manukau for my six year old son to have two teeth extracted urgently. Everyone who we came into contact with were so kind and lovely. I was very impressed with the receptionist (sorry I forgot your name!) starting with her phone manner when I first called, right up until my son went into the room, she was fantastic. Everyone in the room with my son while he was having the procedure done were so professional and kind and if it didn’t take us an hour to travel, I’d make this clinic our usual! Thank you everyone.

Went there last weekend, on 27th of May, and it was not a very pleasant experience. My hygienist, Nidhi, scratched my gum due to her carelessness handling the scaler tip. It bled, sore and got swollen for four days until I partly recovered, they gave me pain killers and antibiotics and still hurting until now. I would rate this a one out of five experience and will never go here again.Just went there to do hygiene and went back home with uneven SWOLLEN FACE and a lot of medicine ☹️

I am new to the area and Dr.Abeer was recommended to me.Dr. Abeer is very helpful, approachable and a highly skilled professional. I’ve had five crowns done and I’m pleased with the work. Dr.Abeer has all the latest technology which made the process stress free. Highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was rude and impatient, and did not treat my child with kindness or respect. The appointment started late and the preparation time for the sedative was way too long. The dentist took on a new patient during our scheduled appointment time, which caused us to lose half of our treatment time. During the treatment, the dentist did not communicate properly and rushed through the process, starting with a less severe issue instead of the more painful one. After the treatment, the dentist repeatedly urged me to leave with my child, and his attitude was unprofessional and discourteous. As a result of this experience, my child now fears going to the dentist. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I would rate 0 star if I can

Fantastic dentist, saw me within 45 minutes of calling on a Saturday after a sleepless night. Transparent about what the causes could be and passed over his mobile number to let him know if the pain continues. Demi the assistant is super helpful and friendly too! Great to have a local dentist and finally move from my North Shore dentist.

Alzena Ali did a great job as a hygienist. Very impressed with the advise she gave me. Re-booked her again for my next appointment.

Highly highly recommend. Soo gentle and kind and the best price too, will be my main dentist forever! Every single member of staff was so genuine and sweet, if you have a fear of dentists then this is the place to go! Thank you to all of the team and look forward to seeing you next time.

Amazing and helpful team! My 4yo boy had two fillings and one extraction done today by Dr Abeer, my little buddy left the building saying it's not hurt at all mummy"! Great price

We came here for an extraction for our 9 year old. Dr Al- Sammak and Sarah were great with our son, and reassuring for us too. Recommended if your kids need the same. Thanks heaps!
