Last month or so I had made a decision to go for elite 8 sleepyhead bed.Alan was good sales person, he has explained quite well the differences in the bed which helped me in making a decision.The delivery of the bed was received within committed time frame. The store delivered and assembled the bed quickly during my lunch break.Much appreciated your excellent customer service.For bed- it’s has been good so far, happy with the purchase of elite 8. Would definitely recommend but must consider right pillow for ultimate relaxing good night sleep.Thank you Bedrus team!

Highly recommend BedsRus in Lower Hutt. Allan was so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable which made selecting our new mattress really easy. Our mattress and base were delivered a week later and Todd and his team were extremely professional. The bed was set up quickly and all rubbish was taken away. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Purchased a new slat bed for a Tiny House - a wee issue with imperfect piece. The team at BedsRus Lower Hutt are awesome. Since my first walk through the door they were super knowledgeable and helpful through my whole bed choosing journey. Buying a mattress is a big deal; you’re spending a lot of time and money on it so you want to make sure it’s the perfect one!I was able to go into the store several times and try out the mattress I was interested in. One day the air conditioning was super freezing in the store so they kindly found me a blanket so I could be comfortable while testing out the mattress I liked - which was a Swisstek 5 Queen without base (we already had a lovely queen size rimu slat base at home so we decided to stick to this size).Alan encouraged me to go with a softer mattress (Swisstek 7), but I felt like I was sinking into it too much. His reasoning was that once a mattress protector and electric blanket were on it, it would be the same firmness as a 5.I asked my partner to come into the store and try the mattress with me, but he didn’t want to and said he would be happy with whatever I chose... Finally we ended up purchasing the Swisstek 5 Queen, but would you believe... it didn’t work out!It was too hard with the extras on it, (just as Alan had predicted) but the main issue was that queen size was too small for us! (My partner was eating his words).With an absolute stroke of luck, my father happened to mention that he needed a new mattress, and I immediately took this chance to ask if he would like to buy ours, since it was barely a few weeks old and was the size he wanted. He agreed, and I went straight back into the store, with my partner, and we tried and purchased the Swisstek 7 Super King mattress and base.Super King you may wonder? Well there’s not much difference between a queen and king size, so we went all out and upgraded further. We can now sleep the whole night without bumping into each other, and if a child happens to join us during the night it’s not such a fight for space.7? Well it does feel a little squishy, and it took me about 2 months to get used to, (I even endured some weird back pain as I adjusted during his time) but now, going to bed is pure luxury and I am in love with this bed.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the whole team at BedRus Lower Hutt. They absolutely know what they are talking about. My first piece of advice would be - listen to them and take their advice! My second would be - take your partner with you to try the bed if you will be sleeping in it together! And third, if you can afford it, upsize - it’s worth it!

Todd & Dan just delivered our King Size Sleepyhead mattress up through a very tight stairwell, which they negotiated with ease. Efficient, professional, and nice guys to boot.

Thanks so much Beds R Us Lower Hutt and Todd from Homedale Transport for making buying a new bed so easy.Catherine from the store sorted out the purchase for me all through email and scheduled the delivery quickly and to fit with my schedule perfectly.Todd from Homedale was reliable, professional and so helpful. There are a lot of delivery guys out there who tell you they are coming and you wait endlessly. Homedale was not one of these - they were so efficient. Todd confirmed the delivery time, came when he said he would, took away my old bed and brought in the new one and assembled it all with enthusiasm and a friendly manner (even though it was hard lifting and a very hot day). I can't recommend Beds R Us Lower Hutt more highly for their service and for using a reliable delivery company and Todd and Homedale for A+ service.This is not my first experience with Beds R Us Lower Hutt. Last year my daughter was looking for a bed - we shopped around and found Beds R Us Lower Hutt gave good honest advice and excellent service, so this time I went straight back to them.

I have always bought online. Ended up in store on a whim.My experience with the team in store was top notch, so glad I stepped in. Gavin made buying a bed an enjoyable and a fun experience.I was asked about sleeping basic habits, side sleep or back, heat issues etc, this allowed Gavin’s product knowledge to shine and narrow down a bed suitable for me. I was given multiple options, informed of the pros and cons for each and a recommendation on best fit.There were no pressure sales, tricks or BS. Just honest knowledge from a person who is passionate about what he does, and it shows.Can not recommend Gavin and his team enough. Went to Beds’R’Us in Lower Hutt and greeted by the wonderful Tim. Originally walking in, I did not know anything about beds, other than they come in firm or soft. Tim provided me with all the information and was able to answer all my questions. Tim truely had our best interests at heart, and was able to find us the perfect bed that fitted in our budget. I usually feel uncomfortable lying on beds in front of strangers, but with Tim I felt at ease. He was able to ask questions without it seeming intrusive, as I’ve found with other bedding stores. I was able to get my bed with speedy delivery, and for the first time in a long time, woke up without a sore back. Tim will be seeing us again!!!

Props to Allan and team for their 5 stars service! Allan is very helpful and knowledgable. We don't have to worry about a thing throughout the process. The delivery process was on time and Todd was very helpful too. Thanks for giving us one less thing to worry about!
