Chem-Dry Northland

I had my whole house carpet cleaned by chem-dry a few days ago. To be honest the carpet in my house was in a terrible state! Carpet stains from everyday foot traffic to coffee stains (done by me, I tried using different carpet stain removers over the years but I just made it worst). Don was really helpful and thoughful, before starting he explained what would happen, so I knew well in advance. Don did a fantastic job on the carpets. The stains are gone and a really big awful coffee stain (done by me) has faded, carpets look clean and refreshed. The price was affordable and money well spent (from my point of view). Lovely technician, quick efficient service, good quality job. Great to have the breast feeding stains out of our couch! Can’t see any evidence there was ever stains there.

Angie and her team are amazing! When our business (Engraving Systems) flooded on Monday things were feeling very tough. We had already been locked down due to COVID-19 for 5-6 weeks and we simply needed to get back into work. Then (just after we are able to open the doors) we get hit with a flood! As tough as things were feeling for my wife, myself, and for our team of engravers, Angie and her team knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and how. No nonsense, get the job done right, safely, and quickly. Even though there was a big mess to deal with we all felt better. Angie took a lot of pain away. She did a million things for us so that we didn't have to. Angie and her team cared about our business and staff because she understands what being in business is like. Business is often thought of as being about money not people. Well, Angie is a people person in business who cares about people. Carpet was cleaner, but some oil like marking and pink stain in lounge carpet noted - unsure about oil-like marking on carpet, but pink stain was previously there, and partly removed. A bit concerned that I was not contacted while cleaner on premises (when nearly finished) to check with them how they got on. Otherwise a prompt service, which is great.

Such a lovely experience from the start, receptionist Wiki is wonderful and very accommodating. The cleaner Wayne was also so kind and accommodating to us! Easy, simple, quick service our carpets dried overnight only because it was overcast weather.Perfect start to our new tenancy and our carpets look, smell and feel visibly better, feeling ready for our newborn who arrives soon! Even if there’s a small “waiting period”, I recommend going with these guys, we definitely will be again! Thanks again ☺️

I am a repeat customer with Chemdry as the first clean was outstanding - 4 kids and animals climbing all over the sofas . Extra care given to the fabric of the sofas too : this send time I added extra to the job list as I knew it would be cleaned and smell good. Great customer service from both Ang and the technician who came to clean . Thanks guys .

I was very happy when I came home to see that my house was washed very well and the pest control has been brilliant. Found a few dead white tails so I'm extremely pleased with that. I will definitely use your services again on a yearly basis. It was a job well done.
