Signature Homes Greater Wellington

High staff turn over rate, I worked there for 6 months as a NHC ( new homes consultant ) and quit as the boss has no idea how to treat people, first job I've worked at where the director actually made me cry and didnt even know how to teach me or direct me due to their lack of expirence, my colleague has since also quit there due to similar reasons as well as other NHC's have allready come and gone. please treat your new people with care and respect then perhaps you may hold onto great staff for longer, its taken me over a year to write this but people need to know and I need to get this off my chest. Paid $3,000 for concept design. Their concept design is unprofessional, like a college student assignment work. For example,1. Floor plan dimensions are weird. The house length is 16,511mm! Then some rooms are 2,051mm, 2,851mm, 1,802mm etc.  Why are there 1mm, 2mm?2. The elevation plan was drawn by hand. There's no scale, no height, no numbers, no annotations, etc. But they used a marker pen to highlight windows. Windows locations/sizes seem different from the floor plan. No specifications about the windows size.3. The 3D render was done by a computer software. But it's garbage, very very basic, missing a lot of details. Mismatch with the floor plan. E.g. on one side of the house all the windows are missing.4. Wardrobe sizes are weird, some 650mm, some 625mm, some 620mm, some doesn't have sizes. But NZ standard is 600mm, and in some houses it's 610mm(24inch).5. Some roof lines are missing. The plan also doesn't show angle of the roof.They told me the concept plan is final. Change or revision needs will incur extra cost.  The 3k I paid is only for the garbage plan. To get a quote I need to pay them 1% of the total building cost. But their price guide range low-end is 160k more expensive than the other builder's high spec.Overall compared with the other builder's professional, high standard design, Signature Homes Wellington's design has some many basic missing, incorrect, incomplete. It's not  a practical plan. Signature Homes Wellington's design isn't worth even 1cent. And their price guide is much higher than the others.Signature Homes Wellington have very limited construction background, experience and skills. They are newbies in the building industry and they are learning at customer's cost. Signature Homes Wellington is different from Signature Homes Auckland.Before you make the decision to choose Signature Homes Wellington, ask yourself questions:- How many buildings have they built? My answer, as far as I know, zero- How long have they been in this business?  My answer, less than one year. I trusted them. I thought I was the first customer, I would get better service. But building is different, it needs expertise and experience, not just nice service like a cafe shop.- Are they prepared to offer you the chance to talk to some of their existing customers?  I was one of their customers.

We recieved a call and this is not the case, you need to have a workshop" in the porirua office (Monday to Friday ony). when I said we couldn't as we work and live in the Hutt
