Just horrible food! Came in on mother's day to get said inlaw her feast. The fish was foul, the potato fritter was questionable, the chips were stodgy the food was simply disgusting. I give you 2 stars simply because the staff were friendly.

Another happy repeat customer.At northern end of Wellsford CBD (SH1, south of Gull Station) with limited adjacent street parking (plenty at rear, and nearby). Clean public toilets and ample parking 250m away.Excellent fish and chips/fries at great value.As with their signature bacon and egg burger

I am a happy customer! This small gem at Wellsford is not to be missed. Ordered a beef brisket noodles soup and it was superb! The price you pay is reasonable for the quality and taste of the food. You should try their noodles here!

really rude to deal with I stopped in there on my way home from whangarei to buy dinner got home to Auckland noticed wrong order rung them and owner laughed at me saying I wasn’t given wrong order and used me as a white woman then husband come on phone and said what u want felt really rude and abusive as they only had a young Chinese girl working behind counter telling me she’s a kiwi I’ve been going there for years and will no longer give them our services to anyone I know bad customer service

I continue to visit this place for years. The service is ALWAYS welcoming, the food is fresh and cooked to perfection, try their Bacon and Egg burger, it is outstanding. My son has a very fussy palate, and he claims that NO OTHER takeaways can make bacon and egg burgers like the New Garden Takeaways. Everytime we go there we order him at least 3-4 at a time :) Keep up the amazing service
