Efficient service with a smile. I booked my car to fix the bumper following small car accident. My car had AA insurance but I saw no need for the process of claims and excess bills by AA.It took them only one hour to fix and I didn't need complementary car claims from AA.They are time conscious too.You will feel happy to pay for the satisfaction you get

I would highly recommend HP Panel & Paint.Both Scott and Heather from admin were excellent to deal with. They are extremely efficient, professional and friendly. I really appreciated how Scott himself communicates direct with the customer. My car was repaired earlier than the estimated time frame which was also very appreciated. My car had been washed including my wheel trims.The workshop and office are immaculately kept giving the initial impression of a company who take pride in their business which reflects in the job they complete on ones vehicle. I can't fault the attention given by Scott and his team, and the finished work done on my car, especially as I was called away to the South Island mid-stream. Co-operation by all, saw my car picked up by my son and returned to its home, all spick and span with a bag of sweets.
