Had an accident, and my whole back door needed replacing. The recommended insurance repairer told me 3 months before I could even get it in for repairs. Phoned Prem and he got it booked in, we contacted insurance to link him to the repair, he sorted the rest out with insurance and it was done within 2 weeks (one week for door order and one week to fix). Huge thank-you to him and his team. Central located so it's just a walk to the bus stop and a short trip into town if you are worried about getting to work in CBD. Friendly and helpful.
