Great service here. I called this morning for help with an issue, they were willing to do what they could to help immediately. The problem wasn't entirely fixable, but they used own initiative to remedy the item so I could use it in the timeframe required.Wouldn’t accept payment which was very kind. Good old fashioned service and can do attitude. Recommend to everyone needing their services in Christchurch and surrounds. Thanks

My car was working fine I just bought a new shell because my one was broken but working. Then after get the new shell from the key car the new key didn't fit in the ignition, I came back there and they tried to fix it but just dos it way worse and I didn't turn on my car at all. They charged me $ 160 for the new shell key car and the want $ 400 do fix the problem that they cause. I got my car to Ross Galt and they laughed about what's happened and the were impressed how much they charged me for a shell new key...and Ross Galt said me the problem was cause by the Christchurch Lock& Key and they already know this kind of problem came from Christchurch Lock & Key I was not the first. Very bad service. Ross Galt solved all the problems for way less money.Yeah my English is limited but I could understand all the Ross Galt guys told about how much you guys charged me to make a new shell. And they said I was not the first one to go there with some issues came from you guys. My car back to work because the Ross Galt kindly put a new shell in the old key FOR FREE and told me how to turn the car on even with the problem...then I could go there to fix the problem...unfortunately you guys didn't tell nothing to help me even knowing the new key was unuseless and charged me $160...Then if you think I'm laying just call Ross Galt and ask then how much for a new shell and tell them someone charged $160 for the same service.But it is enough.....luckily I went to a place that they helped me...

My go-to place for anything I need. Always a great job. Years ago I had a 54 Ford rear boot lock which needed rebuilding and keys made. Took a while as you would expect because it was a big job, but the result was outstanding. Always get my Mercedes keys cut there with no issues. Very happy.

I lost the only key that we had for my son's motorbike. After reading a number of Google reviews for a number of lock smiths, I thought I would give Christchurch Lock & Key a try. I'm so glad I did.
