The Warehouse Taupo

Not that big for The Warehouse, and some aisles were quite cramped, not easy to get a trolley round some of it. The shelves had been stripped bare of a lot of things after new year's sales, and what was left didn't always have clear pricing. The bar code scanners around the store were working though. Checkout staff did a good job.

Have been a customer for a number of years for purchase of art supplies, devices, thousands spent on art prints. To the staff that’s is worthless after 5 staff struggled to complete a refund of an item returnd in packing receipt and obvious sign had not been used. Made to wait in the heat Covid restrictions and repeatedly talked to in a condescending manor refusing to accept they clearly had not refunded my cash purchase . 20 mins pass and a guy covered in paint room guy shorts and tattoos aggressively approaches me no uniform name badge or explanation who he was. I’ve been here numerous times never once served by him not seen someone with that appearance claiming to be the manager which I know is not him. Still no refund told I can’t take my printer I’ve paid for not had a a cent back and followd like he wants to do the haka attempting to stutter regards trespassing . See that’s how big he is anyone can trespass a stranger so one a day I’m going to request trespass notices for every staff member at the Taupo branch and I don’t doubt will be a first for some of the new entrant staff but that’s retail aye Florence nightingale sorry clearly I wouldn’t know staff names they don’t even wear a uniform

Neat little store but we always seem to have less than other store or often sold out of items. Great service every time

Always visit this shop when I visit NZ great place for holiday bits and pieces. This is our first stop when we have forgotten to pack something, have purchased blankets, clothes and food here and great place to get NZ branded clothes. Great value.

There staffs are really good. They help to find out everything with smile. I brought some kitchen staffs. They got collections of garden products too. I like their garden site very. Everything you will get from the garden side with beautiful arrangements. They have hips of car parking for there customers. The Wearhouse got car charging point for cars who need to charge there car. It’s very helpful for them who are using rechargeable car.

Love it you can find almost everything

Best experience ever.A couple of hours before I had gone into the Tokoroa warehouse looking for a setting spray.Ended up going to Taupo branch and I'm glad I did.Because my experience went from very poor service to having a customer service star team who made my day and helped me find,locate, and purchase just what l was looking for.I am proud to say that Carolyn from the customer service desk and Hope (whom Carolyn) advised was new to the team and was looking after the perfumes that were for sale.We're excellent and l wanted to acknowledge there kindness and genuinely wanted to help me.There were not one of those people whom go to work just to eat there lunch.Or look like they wished they were not there.Building rapport and just awesome caring individuals.Thank you, team.Keep up the excellent work.I said I would post this up and you both deserve the praise.The warehouse company should be proud to have you on the team.

Horrific customer service. Asked multiple staff members for assistance, none wanted to help to find an item that was labeled as in stock on the website. Was told to go to the service counter were there were 6 customers in line and no staff members at the counter. Would not recommend.

I used to love coming to mine local warehouse until one day,I had an incident with one of the male workers at the establishment. He came off as very rude. It was a rainy day and of course I had my umbrella on hand I asked this man if I could leave it with him since he was working at the entrance.
