Really great experience here! Everyone was so lovely yet professional, and the products they used were really good quality. Felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Would definitely come here again!

Unpleasant experience at Bare. They took a phone booking for me and confirmed an appointment(With name and phone number) and when I reached the clinic they couldn’t find the booking for me. The lady at the reception also couldn’t recollect the booking details. Poor Communication!

Good waxing and professional service but the therapist needs to be more empathetic to clients, as she was quite insensitive and downplayed pain experienced with waxing delicate areas, and didn’t seem very comfortable with male Brazilian waxing in the first place (makes it feel unnecessarily awkward). Also inappropriate and unprofessional to say “It shouldn’t feel so painful, you don’t have much hair”, or “the wax isn’t THAT hot is it?”, when the client reacts NORMALLY to pain from hair being ripped off or hot wax being applied to sensitive areas without complaining. Not exactly comforting to male customers who already feel embarrassed, exposed, and vulnerable receiving this sort of intimate waxing service from a stranger female therapist, nor conducive to them returning to go through this again! Suggest a bit more maturity, empathy and professionalism towards your clients.Might be back to try another therapist instead, or just go to on another place with experienced therapists who are actually comfortable doing male waxing.

Great salon tucked away on the main road of Glen Innes. Mahia does my brows and she is so lovely & does a great job, plus who doesn't love a scalp massage while the colour develops?!

The best facial I’ve ever had - Jordan did my facial and from the moment she put my hair back and put her hand on my forehead I knew it was going to be an amazing experience! She has amazing skills and I will recommend to all! She really looked after my sensitised skin with patience and care.
