Upper House Property Management

We have not had a pleasant experience dealing with this rental agency in terms of the maintenance and care of the rental property we are currently renting and the level of service provided from the staff given the amount of rent we pay versus the maintenance issues and concerns we have raised to date.

A small note to thank Cary for your excellent services. I enjoyed your friendly, polite & professional manner. Cary is an amazing property manager and managed to solve my problem promptly and professionally. Also she always goes extra miles to make sure we are happy. I rented a house through Upper House Property Management.Ken and his colleagues in there were very quick at response.And their service was always very attentive and helpful.I definitely recommend their service when it comes to property management.

Horribly treated throughout the tenancy by Kenneth Mak who suddenly replaced our amazing property manager Crystal. Kenneth, you are truly not fit to be a property manager dealing with people.Best bit from a phone call I had with Mr Kenneth was when he had informed me Crystal has passed away in a phone call and that is just not true. True professionalismCharged a crazy amount for cleaning upon leaving even though the place was in better condition than when we moved in.No heat pump, no extraction fan, no range hood, janky old windows with huge air gaps and black mould through out the property.If you end up getting Kenneth as your property manager, please make a u-turn.

Weve had a great experience with Upper House Management, especially with our lovely Property Manager Cheree, very professional, friendly, caring, bubbly and always ensuring weve been well looked after. Our agent, Cheree Feng, has helped us so much with our move-in. She accommodated us with viewings even when we were still overseas and arranged some of the things that we needed upon arrival. Hence, our settling into the house was smooth. Through her, we have also met the lovely family that has helped us so much. We highly recommend the Upper House management.
