Have been happily using this laundromat the last few months. I like the cheerful feel of it, the big load the washing machines take, the wash speed and the friendly vibe - and clean clothes!

Tidy little laundromat. Took my own laundry liquid, used twice the recommended amount and clothes came out nice and clean. Wash cycle took about 40 minutes. Drier is $4 for 50 minutes (my clothes were still damp at the end). Very handy location, close to cafes, library and a playground.

What a lovely wee surprise after the poor reviews below. Free laundry powder & free dryer sheets, very clean and tidy. Has a secure feel. Great new double dryer - does the job. $4 per load absolute bargain. Seating to chill in while you wait for your washing to finish. Note the hours are 9am to 5pm.

One of the tidier, cleaner Laundromats we’ve visited in NZ. Our clothes were cleaned and dried! funky little place, got a good vibe to it. No complaints!

Cheap ($4 for a load) but our clothes came out dirtier, like it seems has happened to other people. Everything has big grey stains everywhere, looks like the machines aren't serviced or cleaned. Make sure you check the filters before you start a load!

It’s a pretty standard coin-operated laundromat, if you can find it. You need to look behind the place Google Maps takes you . (There is no sign of it from Commercial St).

I used their service yesterday. They have just cold wash for 4 nzd and basically all my clothes came back dirty and smelly. Especially my pants like jeans suffered. They were not even that bad, but came back as they were put in mud or something. Disgusting. And there is no phone number, email address or webpage one could contact them. Very disappointing.

After reading the comments we decided to bring our own washing powder.Yes - the machines could be cleaner and could use some love. We took twice the amount of powder to make sure that it's clean after washing.But it was cheap & fast and after the dryer (on the colour-white setting) we had clean and dry fresh laundry.We were happily surprised

Paid $4 twice over ($8) to have washing that was still damp once it left the dryer. What a f—ing scam this place is
