Called in this mōrena as I had a slow leak in one of the Caravan tyres. Didn't have the tools to take the tyre off, so drove down to Jacks Tyres after a quick Google search.Foreman allocated the job to Kaelyb, who did a fantastic job. Found the cause, a screw in the tyre. Completed the needed repairs and even checked the tyre pressure on the remaining tyres.Great Service, great location, awesome job done. Ngā mihi Kaelyb and Jacks Tyres. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I are on a 3 week vacation in NZ from CA, USA. We are driving around both Islands in our rental car when last night, driving to our Airbnb, we got a flat tire, before the longest day of driving on our trip. Jacks was able to get us in first thing in the morning, explain why the tire couldn’t be patched and why we needed a new one, changed it, and we were on our way in 18 minutes. The entire thing cost $79NZD. I can’t say enough about how efficient and kind this shop was, and also how cheap it was!!! Thank you so much!

Today I got 2 tyres, was quick easy and affordable!But they saved my life, after getting my tyres drove to christchurch and there was unmarked/ unsigned gravel roading for 10 minutes and if it wasn’t for my partner and the new tyres from jacks I wouldn’t be here writing this review.They squeezed me in the day they called up and were super easy to work with and they are hands down my favourite place to go to for my tyres will 100% be coming back next time

I emailed 3 Tyre outlets and jacks was the only one to reply. They offered 3 different options depending on your driving type and expence no commitment. I phoned them back and got a great deal fitted price. Thanks

Poor communication. I was charged $110 to have 2x tyres fitted and balanced. I did supply my own tyres but no excuse to charge $110.Not to mention they took chunks out of my brand new wheels. Not impressed at all.

Parked my motorcycle outside with the intent of mounting my tyre. The boys walked over instantly started trying to get the wheel off. 15 minute job. Good stuff
