My partner and I got married in March this year. We were beyond happy with our service. Not only did we have plenty of time to set up our wedding decorations but we were able to use the tent for the day after event as well.As the tent was set up on the Friday and packed away on the Monday.Leading up to the wedding I wanted to add extra lights and tables ect, this was always easy and painless.Jason and his team were so relaxed and efficient, such a welcome energy during a stressful time.I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends, I’d like to have another party just so I can use a stretch tent again. 100 stars ⭐️

We recently worked with Stretch Tents Wellington for our wedding in Featherston. A stretch tent was our first choice for a marquee, but prior to researching, we never thought one would fit within our budget. Needless to say, we were so excited when our wedding planner let us know she had found Stretch Tents Wellington, and they fit perfectly within our budget! We also used them for our tables, chairs and festoon lights, everything worked out amazing and looked fantastic. Communication was great, and the team were very efficient with their set up. The marquee looked incredible, especially when it was lit up at night, and we got so many compliments. Would definitely use them again for a future event. Thanks team!

Stretch Tents Wellington changed our quote 1 week before the wedding increasing the price by $652. In this situation I felt like my hands were tied behind my back when we had already paid a large deposit and the event is only 1 week away. I'm note sure this is even legal?Stretch Tents told us on the Wednesday that they would be setting up on Friday starting set-up somewhere from 10am-11am. They arrived at 4pm.Since there was such a delay I had asked if they would mind taking some decorations up with them - the staff were unhelpful and said that they couldn't help because of their tight time frame.....they were 6 hours late. This meant that we were up sorting things well into the night.A couple of poles started failing on the day of the wedding (1 came out entirely and another came loose). When my husband rang on the morning of the wedding, they were not happy about coming to sort it out.Stretch Tents Wellington conveniently haven't emailed back about a refund on the 'extra eye-bolts' that were added to the account, that we don't believe were used.Also please be aware, the only other rating (5 stars) is from the Operations Manager of Stretch Tents Wellington.I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I wouldn't want another couple to go blindly into the stress that this company has caused us. The tent itself (once stable) was a fabulous thing to have on-site, it is the service that has really disappointed us.

We have had our clear blinds for a couple of years now and have now installed a heater which means we can now use our extra room at our Bach all year round. The team were fantastic to deal with - quick to quote and install. We would recommend them to everyone! Thanks again. Ian and Sue
