Skechers Manukau

Very bad customer service i waited in the store for 40 before being served, to top it of the person the was being served before me didn’t even by any shoe just waste other people that came to shop.

Went in today and took a long time trying on different styles and the service by Jaeda was wonderful throughout. Realised as I went to pay I had forgotten my eftpos card, and she was sooo lovely and understanding. Won't give details but she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the shoes I wanted and had another way to pay for them. I usually go to botany, but this has made Manukau my new favorite shoe shop. Cannot recommend enough :) Thankyou for being super sweet even though I was flustered and embarrassed. <3

I had issue with my shoes, as it has a manufacturing fault. Been to the store so many times, very unfriendly staff and still it's not resolved. I had to contact customers service myself, but overall service was pathetic.

Amazing customer service by Mina, very helpful and friendly, very passionate about her job. Made me feel welcome, you're the best girl. Thank you.

Absolutely pathetic service! Not even worth 1 Star! Was in search of comfy shoes, visited several shoe shops and couldn’t find anything. Was heavily pregnant and was already tired by the time I got to Skechers Manukau. Hoping they have something similar i was looking for. Showed them photo of what style i wanted. Girls were not helpful at all. They saw the photo and told me they don’t have it and that I have to buy it online. Asked if any other store has it and i was told no. They were least bothered to show me another shoes similar style. First girl served me seemed to be new and often asked questions to another lady who was very rude! Even rude with another staff as well. As I was walking out I saw similar shoes displayed in the front so took the shoes and went back to the counter and told this rude lady that this is what iv been looking for. She raised her voice and told us no you were looking for different shoes. I showed her photos again and told her I was looking for similar style but noone showed me this option. I understand it wasnt same product but i was after something similar. But she stood there saying this is not what u wanted. What a attitude this lady had! By now i was very frustrated and even my husband was very angry with her attitude. My husband told her off for her attitude and she refused to serve us and told us to leave the shop. Is this how Manukau Skechers deals with heavily pregnant ladies??? If so then you guys are ridiculous! No respect and no humanity. Very very disappointing and bad experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Chubby white chick that works in that shop is Hella rude. She's lucky I wasn't my teenage self coz she'd be on the floor crying. So I took my money straight across to Platypus where I could ask a question without being yelled at to pull my mask back up.

Customer service was poor, didn’t ask if I needed help, I waited, assuming she would ask after she was finished. Eventually I asked for help, then she told me she'd never seen the shoes I was asking for. After I told her I'd bought them from there earlier in the year and pointed to my feet (I wanted a different colour) she quickly said she'd only been there a few months. Didn't seem interested in finding another branch that may have them, I had heaps of money to spend, and apparently she didn't want it. So went elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful set out and customer service was exceptional. I was served by the amazing Mina, who made me feel like a Queen and made my mother feel comfortable too (she was included in the decision process). The shoes are displayed out front and stock is kept in back so be sure to speak to any of the amazing staff and ask for help.

APRIL 2023This shop is well presented and has a very extensive range of footwear. Skechers are right up there with all the other International brands. The shop staff were very pleasant to deal with, and were also happy to ensure the right foot size was available to try on. In conclusion it was pleasant shopping at Skechers.
