I brought my 2022 Hilux SR5 in for repair, as it's a new vehicle the repair had to be perfect. Martin Hall was the customer manager assigned to my repair, he fully understood what was required and had the repair completed within the tight time frame I had. Rosiez service is excellent! I didn't end up going to Rosiez as they didn't have a hoist installed at their new location yet, but their service was awesome! Super friendly and pointed me in the right direction to get the rust on the bottom of my truck sorted. Thanks Cameron and Sam you guys are awesome!

I have used Rosiez several times now for various panel repairs through insurance and have always left very happy. The staff have always been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.Most recently I went to Rosiez to have my rims painted and I am absolutely in love. They have done such an amazing job, and only took a couple of days.Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting insurance repairs or private work done!

Had a car accident a few years ago , bonnet was resprayed along with other body panels fixed ,over the years marks appeared under paint work from prep, credit to Rosiez to strip and repaint the bonnet free of charge , also paint a few other panels at my cost, I was disappointed the car was returned to me dirty , with bad buffing marks on panels and and damaged trim with a turn around time of 3 weeks, im happy with the management of the process, but unhappy with the way the vehicle was returned. UPDATE car was returned to Rosiez and issues were fixed , took longer than expected but they got it right in the end, to be honest I wouldn't go back there if you love your car.
