Have been bringing our little well behaved dog to this Mitre 10 since it opened, and have never had any problems. Walking into the store, I got smiles from majority of the staff, but once I go through to Columbus coffee (the outside area we regularly eat at), a staff member came and rudely told me that dogs are no longer allowed. Was a pretty frustrating experience as it was our favourite place to go with our dog, will be finding other places to go now.

Good service & lots of space & huge area even on days when there's lots of people because you can still walk around shopping without worrying about hitting or running onto people all the time. Lots of space of parking too

Must’ve got one of the team (custom service desk) about 3pm, on a bad day. Absolutely abysmal experience, which is a shame because normally you guys hit the ball out of the park on customer service.Getting a swap a gas bottle shouldn’t be so hard, gave up and went to BP.

You know that all products are well over what you should pay for them , compared to what you can order online But if like me only need a small item now and then . Well you just have to swallow it . The main problem with this store and other Miter 10s is hunting down a staff member to serve you . I find if you stalk them from behind at an oblique angle , whilst they are doing another task. Is the best strategy.
