What can be said of Acropolis? I have to pause and think how to best describe their contribution to the fish and chip game… Acropolis holds LEGENDARY status for a move no one in Aotearoa saw coming. It is genuinely hard to believe mere mortals could produce a dish so simple and yet so decadent but the aptly named Odyssey is by far the closest thing anyone worth their salt would call A class" fast food. A seemingly straightforward combination of sauces with contrasting flavour profiles mixed with marinated chicken on a bed of chips

genuinely the most delicious souvlaki i’ve ever had - the bread is so soft, tzatziki is delish, and the greek salad is top tier (also the fries are yum)

Wet and wild friday night so stopped to grab a brioche chicken burger for dinner.Beautiful. Great service, friendly smiles, good price and will be back!!!

It’s so easy to give this fabulous place 5 stars. Everything is amazing from the atmosphere in the store, the customer service and the food is exceptional- so good I’ve never been disappointed. As Wellingtonians we should be proud to have this incredible little business in our part of the world, so let’s get out and show them the love.

Food is tasty and friendly guys behind the counter. But it's pretty expensive $16.5 for a yeeros wrap. Not sure I can justify that price. Chip portion was a bit too small.
