Beef burgers (cheese and mushroom) are delish. Highly recommend!The coffee is pretty good too (too many places have great presentation but too bitter). These guys are great!The staff were very patient and friendly!A must try and will visit when next in the Mount.

We bought 1 double scoop (mint choc, caramelita) and 1 single scoop vanila. The serving was unbelievably small, the staff only scratched slightly. Vanilla was melting immediately and it was like drinking ice cream. The shop was busy and service was average

Absolutely awful experience.Fish chowder was like rice pudding, the special rosti, arrived on its own as apparently part of breakfast menu and breakfast had stopped?? Calamari never arrived, and unable to wash my hands after eating mussels as they had run out of soap!Needs to improve in so many areas, chose somewhere else for lunch.

Delicious burgers! Portion size was massive, comes with a small but perfect portion of fries..the burger is big enough you wouldnt need to order a xtra bowl of fries.

Yuk! Burnt almost black onion rings.. how they thought they were even acceptable to serve I have no idea.Chicken parmigiana burger was a processed lumpy patty... I think McDonald's is better. Cheeseburger patty was dry. Milkshakes took 30minutes to come too, coffee machine broken also. Also the 1 scoop of movenpick ice cream was maybe half a scoop. Poor service and quality

Got 15% surcharge on Christmas Day and the barista is taking ages to make one coffee. The waitress cannot remember you anymore after you paid and will always trying to find you even though you stand in front of them. They even gave my coffee to other people by mistake then get it back and give it to me. Even though it has not been drunk by other people, this is a hygiene issue for me. Won’t come back again.

Had a very nice breakfast here. The waffle was amazing. The green bowl was OK but left me a bit hungry. Might just be my appetite though! Very nice and accommodating staff. It was very busy and they stayed professional and welcoming and the food came out quickly and tasted great.

Delicious food with good ambiance. Burgers are above average in size, also lots of varieties. We can sit both inside and outside, and that are neat and clean.

The burgers were OK but have a meatloafy quality we don't particularly like. We're American, though, and we've noticed this is common in New Zealand so may not be noticeable to native New Zealanders. The service seemed indifferent.
