Louise is our first groomer for our big golden retriever boy. She is excellent and make our dog shine like a real prince. Our dog is not only look beautiful but also enjoy the experience with Louise. So do we, looking forward to our visit every time. Highly recommended:)

I am delighted to have the opportunity to recommend the dog grooming services provided by Louise at Hair of the Dog grooming, Papamoa. Our border terrier is always delighted to go in to see Louise and be pampered by her. He comes back home beautifully groomed and smelling like a lovely clean dog should! Louise is always keen to know what he needs done and she delivers exactly what we ask for. I could not fault the service we have been enjoying from her for the past two or three years.

We were so so impressed with the professional service and Sarge’s haircut. Highly recommend. Ayako did a wonderful job and at such short notice too, so appreciated!!! :)

First class dog grooming in Papamoa. Fantastic service from start to finish, Louise is very pleasant and super friendly. She put both me and our dog (Monty) at ease almost instantly, Monty thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and has never looked so good. Louise's grooming facilities are brilliant, brand new and as good as any dog groomers I've ever been to before. I highly recommend Louise and Hair of the Dog Grooming. Definitely 5 stars.

Amazing service, friendly environment, clean and tidy place. Louise is so friendly and handles my Charlie like a king. The grooming we get at this place is top notch all the time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and the pricing is very reasonable too.

Louise is fantastic and was very good with Bella, who is 12 and very wary of new places and people. Nice, clean studio and undevided attention to the grooming at hand. Highly recommended!
