We were shown nothing but compassion and professionalism for our brother inlaws funeral service back in july 2018. From start to finish they helped us find a minister and drove our brother from whangarei to Napier. We were able to pay funeral costs up to 30 days later, which was a massive stress relief....Definitely recommend them

Excellent service and value for money! The staff were professional and compassionate. All our questions and concerns were fully addressed. They supported our family get through the loss of my brother with kindness, especially helping with all the paperwork. The staff met all our particular requests and needs with a high level of professionalism. We highly recommend Haven Falls.

Highly disappointed in this funeral parlour for the lack of professionalism and compassion shown me when I rang to request my tribute be read at my sisters funeral. Shameful. And the poor quality of the zoom! I could neither hear what was being said nor see the slide show or videos. Appalling way for my sister to be sent off. And I don't want to give any stars, but of course I can't post my review without selecting one grrrrr.
