Awesome staff, always super friendly and approachable. Dog wash could do with more regular cleaning but understand its probably ly one of the busiest in wgtn, due to being so close to the dog beach.

Jessie loves coming into Animates, they always give her a treat.Christmas time is always tempting to unwrap any presents early.She always looks to see if her dinner is ready yet.

Rainy day this is a great visit. After going to Bunnings in Lyall bay. My dog can walk through the shop on lead and can choice a treat for about $6. The staff give small treats at the counter but 50% of the time have to ask. Also has self cleaning dog facilities for $99 per year. Has all dog, cat and fish requirements for all pet owners. Nice place.

I bath my dog here every week, the workers know him so well now and he loves it here too lol. The discounts are awesome too especially if you become a member there.

just left the store two minutes ago and had the most genuine sweetest interaction with one of the employees. he had blue hair and a septum piercing and genuinely helped me so much and i hope he sees this or someone tells him and that he has a fabulous day and thank you for making my day
