Same experience as other negative reviews, overcharged, delayed and ultimately not fixed. Refused a refund. Do not go here.

Excellent service. Prompt and professional, Fixed my iPhone 7 Plus that had drooped in water . I had been told by another repair technician that it was not repairable and then suresh was recommended by a family friends . He inspected my phone and replaced LCD Also replaced charging port at same time. Very reasonable charges and I would highly recommend.

My iphone6 had a fault with the charging socket - Apple said the phone needed to be returned to the factory for repair. Estimated cost $500 & take 3 weeks. LEGIT replaced the board in 10 minutes and charged me $50 + a free screen protector!! Your could not ask for a faster or more professional service. Great work. I would highly recommend LEGIT

Appreciate the service. I got my 6s and 7plus repaired from them in very cheap price and both phones were repaired in good quality. Everything is fine with the phone. The 6s had housing problem he opened the every single part of the phone and changed the back housing which needs experience and perfect skills and they have good experience and skill. Perfect service.

Got the cheap version of oppo repair, the man insisted the only difference was slight decline of screen clarity, and can't use thumb print. 3 months on the screen shakes like it's having a seizure constantly, does that black white blue colour thing like undeveloped photos and doesn't pick up on half the taps on the screen. This has been a problem from day, which is just getting worse, hasn't been dropped. Cost twice the price of any iphone repair I've ever had, and left with a usable phone. Over in Australia now, so can't even do anything. Sad face

Don’t go to this shop,I told him many times to put original iPhone battery, he charged me for original iPhone battery, within one month that battery gone, When I went to replace in another shop they said it’s cheap quality battery,This guy was cheated me 2nd time. Not going to him anymore.

NEVER EVER GO HERE! HE IS A CON ARTIST. NOTHING THAT YOU PAID FOR IS BEING PROVIDED. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS BETTER. I'M SAVING YOU A HEADACHE.Even though I had horrible feelings from the beginning, I put my trust in him and planned to be a reliable customer, and he ruined everything.He wasn't in the store when I walked in to get the batteries replaced in my two laptops, so we waited 20 minutes for him to show up. Then, once we explained the issue, he changed the price several times; he is a pathological liar.After he falsely claimed to have included GST and kept using cryptic language as if we wouldn't comprehend, we eventually paid him $400+ - which i regret profusely.We were disappointed when the pricing was revealed to us. It's not feasible, and when he saw how I was reacting, he laughed and said, You're not going to find any better

DO NOT BRING YOUR PC HERELast week we came to LEGIT IT repairs and inquired about if they can identify and repair a broken PC, noticing it looked like it was more a mobile device repair shop. The man behind the counter acted fully convincing saying they can definitely fix it and have it working with in the next 48 hours.48 hours later...No word.My Business Associate and I made numerous calls over the span of the last week inquiring about it and it wasn't until we showed up in person today, that reminded him we were his customers (After 8 days.)We were given it back today in working condition after being charged $250 plus $48 GST plus an extra $70 today that we had no previous notice for.Do not recommend to anyone and ESPECIALLY if you want your PC repaired and your money drained.Since this review I have made two emails inquiring for the invoice of the repair and still have not gotten a reply.

AVOID this store! The owner tried to rip me off he was trying to charge 320nzd for repairing iPhone XR s screen saying it includes a 40nzd GST. When i showed disbelief he changed the quote to 280nzd said he will pay the gst for me (？lol) And he said any other store would ask for 400nzd. I went to a shop in st lukes they fix it within 30min and only charged 180nzd.
