Great customer service. Thanks Tarun for helping us out in picking the right mattress for us and giving us a good deal. We were looking for hard mattresses to address back issues and found Sleep City to have the most options available in that particular style. Definitely recommend :)

Fantastic customer service! The salesman Tarun,was extremely helpful and very informative. He kept my partner and I with all the updates on our bed right up to the day it got delivered. Would highly recommend sleep city to anyone looking for an awesome bed with loads of knowledge on the bed that's suitable for you. Great job Tarun!

I liked the attention in the store and bought a bed with drawers. The initial ETA was 2 weeks but it took 3 weeks to arrive. They forgot the drawers.I called and they apologised for the error but now I need to wait another 3 weeks. Will see how long does it take this time
