Astounded with Peters work, my dog normally hates going to the groomers but returned so happy, calm and of course extremely handsome! Charlie smells amazing and loved the home made treats, thank you Peter! Got to be the best groomers in Wellington, see you next time ☺️

I took our two 9 year old schnauzer crosses to Peter for a full groom recently. Was really happy with the result. Peter is really friendly guy, our dogs were really comfortable and happy, and it’s nice to support a local business too. Would encourage anyone from Tawa and surrounding suburbs to use Barking Mad Barbers.

This was my dogs first experience with grooming. I am very glad I chose Barking Mad Barbers. It is very clear that Peter knows is very knowledgeable, and its reassuring to know that my pup is in safe hands! He gave me really helpful tips for at home care and is very honest. I highly recommend Peter as your dogs groomer

Peter goes above and beyond with my puppy Luna. I was a bit worried about how she’ll do being a young puppy. But Peter is so kind and caring with her and does so amazingly despite the challenges she can sometimes give.She comes out looking absolutely gorgeous and is complimented by everyone on the street.His price is extremely fair too. Will keep coming back and back to Peter.

My elderly miniature poodle Daisy has always been terrified of grooming, shaking uncontrollably whenever we go near the groomers. But not with Peter! She loves him and feels completely comfortable with him every time. She always comes out of Peter's looking amazing too, he does such a great job. Thank you!

I took my fur baby Freddie to be groomed by Peter today. He walked in looking like Hairy MacLary and came out looking like a beautiful sleek Schnauzer. Being a puppy he hadn't been groomed before and I was amazed at the transformation! Peter is delightful to deal with too

I took my puppy for his first groom. He was very nervous and anxious. But Peter took the time to calm him down and was very patient . Peter did an amazing job and I am so happy with the service. We will be coming back and recommending you!
