The Porotherm product is excellent, however I highly recommend doing very careful due diligence with local tradies and past customers if you are even remotely considering using this business to project manage for you. I am intrigued to see that another person giving feedback of their personal experience was challenged as not being recognised as a customer, but someone giving feedback only under their initials is accepted.

We had Stellaria NZ Ltd. Build a home for us. Over promised and under delivered on all fronts. The house took 3 years over schedule and has still not been completed. Currently tied up in litigation with them. Buyers beware, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Website is very informative and helpful. There's some excellent products available through these guys.

Nothing but respect and admiration for the people running this company. Amazing to deal with. Nothing is a problem, and they are always willing to find a way to make things work. You guys are amazing! Wish you all the best with all future endeavours.

This company not only ended up going way over the reasonable completion date of our own house in Taupo, but they ended up leaving us with an incomplete house which still needed a whopping 100,000 NZ dollars of work to be done on it. They then had the gall to tell us that they were declaring themselves insolvent, and asked us to pretty please release the last amount of money we had left in a trust.We were forced to break contract with them after they refused to get any work done on our house (we had even contacted lawyers to remind them of their obligations under the contract), and have left my family in a horrendous financial situation where we have to watch every single penny we spend in the hopes we might someday complete our house.Anyone who works for them or considers buying their products, be very careful with them. They are not to be trusted.
