I recently stumbled upon Pet Shop Boyz while in Auckland. I was looking for a harness for my dog and their help was greatly appreciated. Even though I didnt have my dog they showed me how to put it on by using their own wee dog. Their knowledge and help was great. Thank you, the harness fitted perfectly, hes not a great fan but we are. I will be back.

My absolute favourite pet shop. Lovely, lovely owners. I love that it's a family store and has been for around 20 years. In fact, I enjoy supporting this buisness. It's a 20 minute drive from home whilst animates is only 5 minutes from my house but Pet Shop Boyz are so much better. Cheaper, a good variety, extremely caring, and very helpful.

It's a pet store with the kind of personal touch that you only get from small business. The proprietors are helpful and friendly and always have a little something special up their sleeves for their younger customers. Very pleasant to shop there in my opinion and this store is my pet shop of choice.
