We needed two panes of glass replaced and had a great experience with Empire Glass. They were prompt with communication, competitively priced and the Glazier was very polite and efficient.Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

Well we're 100% unhappy with Empire Glass. They decided to use our driveway as a carpark and workspace for the work occurring next door. AWESOME! Can't say enough good things about Nathan and the lads. We bought a new house and were moving family from Sunny Fiji to Christchurch in the middle of winter! Nathan dropped by the house and produced a very detailed quote separating each room and comparing all the options available with double glazing. argon gas, etc, etc.... We asked for the whole house to be done and were happy to wait for the usual lead time of four weeks. However our plans changed and suddenly family were going to be arriving in half the time. Just two weeks. Nathan managed to get everything hurried up and had all the glass done within the two weeks. The job was completed on Friday night and our family arrived on Monday to a nice warm house. Thanks Heaps guys. Much appreciated. :-)

We made contact with Empire Glass to enquire about getting a quote for double glazing and within 1/2 a day, Josh had measured and quoted our job. Their quote was extremely competitive and we readily accepted. Josh kept us informed about progress of the job throughout and the glaziers that installed our new windows, Jessie & Seb, were absolutely terrific and a pleasure to have on site and in our home. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the product, the cost and the overall service from Josh and all the staff at Empire Glass. Empire Glass did an amazing job double glazing our home. Nathan's knowledge and advice was superior to everyone else we had over. Boys did great job on install, even left place tidier than when they arrived. Highly recommended.

Efficient, friendly staff, and smooth communicate even for non-native speaker!Its overall review marks does not show 5 just because there was a non-client guy complaining the staff used his driveway to do project, which has nothing to do with quality of project work and I reckon such review is misleading and a bit vexatious.

Nathan was excellent to deal with and his team did a wonderful job retrofitting our flat.
