Always a lovely place to visit whenever we are at Kapiti and very knowledgeable staff. There isn’t many pet shop these days with much live stock so this is a gem itself. On our latest visit we ended up getting a new addition to our family!

Great staff.Went and got small gravel rocks for a fish tank with lots of options to choose. As well as many options for other main household animal needs.

We love this pet store. Super friendly staff. You're not overwhelmed with junky toys and single use pet items. Just top quality products. Their range of training treats is my favorite thing. It looks like a high end candy display case but its yum looking snacks for your four legged buddy. Your pets will appreciate you getting them better quality stuff and you accountant wont give you that look because the prices at Kapiti Kritters are great. Thanks again guys.

The young guy that knows about fish is amazing! He’s always willing to help and share his knowledge. He knows his stuff and will advise what fish go together and in what tank.All the staff are lovely and helpful too.Great prices.

Absolutely outstandingly good service. They stayed open for us way after closing because we were so late arriving and the owner is a wealth of knowledge. So helpful. We are customers for life now. Very impressed. Highly recommend over all other stores. Thanks.
