Reillys Towage & Salvage 2002
These guys were hired by AA to collect my broken down camper on Boxing Day from 200 kms away. I was on holiday with my family and it was a difficult situation. They were really helpful, even arranging to lend us a car the next day, a so we wouldn't be trapped in the hotel while our camper was being serviced. They stored the camper overnight and delivered it to the dealer for servicing early the next business day. They answered the phone after hours and were always very nice and helpful.

These guys steal your vehicle within 36 hours, from areas that are not sign posted in regards to parking or towing. Commerce commission states parking law. Only great thing about reillys is the secretary and her politeness.

the word of rileys towage means absolutely nothing. my vehicle has been lost for a year and a half now with apparently no trace. if i counted the amount of phone calls and emails you simply wouldn’t believe me. they’ve said each and every time they’ll get back to me, even once saying they’d found my car and had cash for me to collect only to change their story for the 10th time after the fact. avoid using these guys at all costs , would rate 0 stars if i could.

These guys are amazing. My car ended up in a very tight spot. Reillys went out of their way to help. They worked quickly and efficiently and in the end it even cost alot less than I expected. Thanks for the great service, im more than happy to recommend to anyone.
