The team at Need a Nerd are awesome to deal with. When there is an IT question or problem, they help solve it either on the phone or one of their fantastic team come on site. Mike & Matt are extremely efficient, and let you know the issues or fix the problem without making a fuss (or letting you feel stupid if its a minor thing). I totally rely on Need a Nerd for our business and IT solutions. Great service, great team, great reliability.

Had Mike visit my home to work on my PC and my slow wireless router. He showed up at the promised time and was very pleasant. The work was completed very quickly and he shared knowledgable advice to help further improve my home network. Glad I am now back up to normal speed again and look forward to investing in some new toys. Highly recommend these guys they know their stuff!
