Awful customer experience from the manager, Marjorie. Rude and unhelpful. Thankfully I was able to go to Richmond otherwise Pascoes wouldn’t have made a sale from me. The other staff were lovely, such a pity the manager is sorely lacking in customer skills. I will not shop at the Nelson store.

I had recently got engaged and I went and got my ring yesterday xx The ladies were very helpful and very kind. I absolutely love my .50carat diamond, 9carat yellow gold ring ❤️ I may have cried of happiness aswell hahaha.

I bought earrings and only after one day, they were broken! Very disappointing! But after a week I went back to the store and was changed to others for the same price.

The manager Marjorie has no customer service, is rude and just outright mean. I will never enter your store again. No customer should be made to feel as worthless as I do after leaving Pascoes Nelson. Buyers beware.

If u don't want your special occasion ruined don't come here!! Its mothers day and I just recieved the most beutifull gift from my children partner and mother in law! However these charms my children picked at the nelson store but had to be purchased form the lovely people at Richmond store purely because Nelson's store manager was so rude and and treated my family like scammers because she had to put a card number in her system as the card strip dosnt work properly which resulted my kids missing out on being there to by mum something special with dad and nana! This is the kind of store people visit on some really special and intimate occasions..... so who gave you the right to trash that experience because u had a bad day? Too lazy? Who know but you should be ashamed!

Took a necklace in for fixing, they messed around for a month before telling me it had been sold.

No customer service, I was in there looking around for 15 minutes and not one staff member helped. They were just standing around doing nothing.Horrible store.

Google says they close at 4pm but when I got there at 2.55, they were closed

Another amazing shopping experience at the Nelson store. Special thanks to the team they always look after me the young lady Marjorie was absolutely amazing another reason why I come here again and again and again
