I got a great haircut exactly what I wanted but the hairdresser seemed rude and didn't answer any of my questions I had about styling seemed to completely ignore me.My mother got her hair dyed and cut the dye job it was great exactly what she wanted, but the haircut was not she wanted the Rachel from FRIENDS, instead they just cut it at her shoulders she was very upset. Cried once we got in the car.Will not return

Wrong colour and rude staffShe knew what she wanted but wasn't shown the full colour chart and felt pressured, yes in hindsight I should have gone with her but she was confident. I wasn't threatening any one, I was just standing beside my daughter, you were rude insisting I sit down, I didn't want to.

First time visit today and will definitely be returning. Tabatha is awesome. She not only explained how to look after my hair, she also showed me how to blowdry it to create volume. She explained why she was using the razor rather than scissors and she cut it exactly as I wanted. To top it off the head massage is out of this world and the chairs vibrate/massage while you are having your hair washed. Fantastic experience.
